INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEUR SHIP DEVELOPMNET CENTRE , (IEDC) was established in October 2023 at St Joseph’s College of Pharmacy, Cherthala by order from the Kerala Start Up mission, order number KSUM/908/2023, dated 04/10/2023. The primary function of IEDC is to foster the culture of innovation and to create a research environment for acquiring new knowledge through innovation and to promote interdisciplinary research activity and also to motivate faculty and students to know about innovation and prototype validation and converting innovation into startups. The nodal officers of IEDC are Dr. Vinod B (Professor, Dept. of Pharmaceutical Chemistry) and Dr. Kavitha Vasudevan (Professor, Dept. of Pharmacognosy)
